What Do You Desire?
Living a life in harmony with Jesus
I desire to do your will, my God; your law is within my heart.
Psalm 40:8
The Psalmist knows that the two ordinary words I desire are a small seed that contain the truest nature of our inner world. This prayer helps us imagine how our wills might bend in the direction of God as we long to place God’s instruction in our hearts.
