O Lord, I am your servant.

Psalm 116:16

On Maundy Thursday, two clay basins get the spotlight. They represent two ways of being in the world. In one basin Pilate washes his own hands as a public rejection of Jesus. Another basin is used by Servant-Jesus to wash the feet of the disciples.
